Steps for braised tofu

Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of sesame oil and heat it. Cut the tofu into slices and fry it in the pan.

Fry the tofu until slightly yellow, take out and place on a plate for later use.

There is still a lot of sesame oil in the pan. You can add garlic and ginger directly to stir-fry without washing the pan.
