    Wash the pork belly, cut it into large pieces, add all the seasonings except chopped green garlic, mix well and marinate for 1 day

    Soak the dried beans until soft and wash them for later use

    Stir the dried beans into the sauce and marinate with the meat for 30 minutes

    Place the pork belly with skin down in a bowl, spread the dried beans on top, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a steamer and steam for 2 hours
