Korean roasted hairtail

Hairtail is the most commonly eaten fish species on our coast, and there are many ways to make hairtail, such as fried hairtail, sweet and sour hairtail or braised hairtail. Although the method is simple, it is never tired of eating it. After eating too much, I wanted to change the way to eat it, so I made a random Korean grilled hairtail. There was no specific standard and the method was quite casual, but the taste was quite good ~~~~~

Steps for Korean roasted hairtail

Hairfish...

Wash the hairtail and cut it into sections for later use.

Mix the ingredients into juice and set aside.

Put the hairtail into the seasoning sauce and marinate for three or four hours.

Spread a baking sheet with tinfoil and brush oil, and place the hairtail on a plate.

Bake at 180 degrees for fifteen minutes.
