Steps for Winter melon and chrysanthemum in tomato sauce

1
Prepare a piece of wax gourd and cut it thicker when buying it!
2
Cut the wax gourd into four similar squares.
3
Take a piece of wax gourd and cut it into slices, connecting the bottom. You can take two chopsticks and place it on the bottom so it won't be cut.
4
Then turn around and cut it into strips, and place the chopsticks in the same way to prevent cutting.
5
Put the chopped wax gourd on a plate, sprinkle with some salt, and pickle for a while (I used it for about 15 minutes), so that the wax gourd can add a little salty taste and force out the water!
6
Rinse it with water, and then squeeze out the water from the wax gourd with your hands, and the petals will fall apart.
7
Add in the cornflour and spread with the powder.
8
Powdered winter melon and chrysanthemum.
9
Raise the oil pan over high heat and fry the wax gourd and chrysanthemum until done.
10
Fried winter melon and chrysanthemum.
11
Add some oil to a separate pan, add in ketchup, and stir.
12
Pour some white vinegar.
13
Add some sugar and stir well to form a tomato sauce.
14
Finally, pour on top of the winter melon and chrysanthemum!
