Steps for Stewed tofu with silver carp head

Wash the silver carp head and cut into slices.

Cut tofu into slices and set aside.

Put the frying pan on fire, pour in peanut oil and heat it, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant, add silver carp head and fry until yellow.

Pour in appropriate amount of water, add tofu, and add white wine.
