I finally received the [Kuke 100] barbecue ingredients. First of all, I would like to thank the organizers for their trust and support in me!

Starting today, I will use different ingredients and cooking methods to show you my understanding of the "Kuke One Hundred" and its magical magic. Please follow my footsteps and embark on the yearning "Kuke One Hundred" journey ~~

    Wash the apples without peeling them and put them in a blender and stir into puree. Mix the apple puree and the [Kuke 100] barbecue sauce well.

    Add appropriate amount of concentrated lemon juice.

    Prepare shredded kidney beans, shredded carrots, and shredded onions.

    Spread the fat beef roll, spread it on the homemade [Kuke Puree Sauce] and marinate for 10 minutes.

    Place the marinated beef roll on the chopping board, spread it with appropriate amount of shredded kidney beans, shredded carrots, and shredded onions, and spread it with some homemade [Kuke Fruit Puree Sauce].

    Roll up the fat beef, completely wrap the vegetables, and secure the seam with a toothpick.

    Heat the pan to warm the oil, not too much oil, and add the beef rolls.

    Cover and fry over low heat for about 3 minutes, until the meatloaf is cooked, serve on a plate.

    Put the remaining homemade [Kuke Puree Sauce] in the microwave oven (my family's 700W) for high heat for 1 minute, pour it on the meatloaf, and serve.

    1. Choose fully ripe apples without any sourness. Do not peel them; the puree tastes better with the skin on, but be sure to wash them thoroughly. You can scrub the apple surfaces with salt and then rinse with water. 2. I use concentrated lemon juice, which is thicker and has a richer flavor. Adjust the amount to taste based on the other ingredients.
