Steps for Sichuan-style pork sausage noodles

1
Hand-rolled noodles and pork intestines
2
Cut pickled peppers and pickled ginger into pieces (I made these myself), prepare dried peppers and pepper, and chop up coriander and garlic sprouts
3
Cut fat sausage (cooked) into slices and set aside
4
Heat the oil pan, first put the pickled peppers, pickled ginger, dried peppers, and pepper into the pan and stir-fry
5
Stir fry until it tastes delicious, add fat sausage and stir fry for a while
6
When the stir-fried sausage becomes slightly dry, add the stock
7
Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for ten minutes. After cooking, remove the soup for later use
8
Water in the pot to cook noodles
9
After the noodles are cooked, take them into a bowl
10
Pour the steamed sausage soup into a bowl, sprinkle with a little garlic sprouts and coriander, and add some chili oil
