Steps for Home-made wine

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for two hours.

Put the soaked glutinous rice into a high-temperature container and add water to cover the glutinous rice. (Put the water a little higher than the glutinous rice)

Heat it in the microwave for three minutes.

Heat it in the microwave for another three minutes. Then stir well. Put in the microwave and cook for three minutes.

After three heating, the glutinous rice is ripe. (I use two tablespoons of glutinous rice each time.) Spread out the cooked glutinous rice and let it cool as soon as possible.

Prepare wine cakes. Use a rolling pin to crush the wine cake into powder. (I forgot to take powder photos)

Put the pressed wine cake into the glutinous rice that is still warm and stir well. (The exact amount depends on the amount of glutinous rice. My method is that two-thirds of the glutinous rice is wrapped in wine-cake powder)

Put the evenly stirred glutinous rice into the prepared glass bottle (remember, the bottle must be cleaned and not greasy)

After loading, use clean chopsticks to insert them in from the middle and stir clockwise a few times to form a hole. It mainly allows it to have room for better fermentation.

After completing all the processes, wrap the bottle mouth with plastic wrap.

Cover tightly and wrap in a clean plastic kitchen bag. Wrap the entire bottle in a new bathrobe.

Then wrap it in a windbreaker and place it in a warmer place to ferment. (Since it's still 10 degrees here, I put it next to the radiator)

Three days later, I smelled the aroma of wine. Open it and have a look. Wow, it's very successful. couldn't help but dig a big spoonful with a spoon and taste it. The sweet wine was so strong.

So I made frangipani liqueur. (The method is simple: boil water, add sugar, and then add egg liquid to turn off the heat. Use chopsticks to quickly divide the egg liquid and rush it into a bowl filled with wine)

I also made egg liqueur. (Practice: Cook eggs with water until they can be cooked by 7 ripe. Then pick it up, put sugar in the water to boil, and then rinse it into a bowl containing eggs and wine).
