Steps for Pan-fried beef pie

Add a little salt to the flour, and water to make a smooth dough.

Cut onion and pepper into small pieces respectively, chop beef, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

After heating the oil, first add the pepper and a little minced onion. After saute until fragrant, pour down the minced beef and divide it into pieces. Then pour the remaining minced onion into the stir-fry, add some salt, stir-fry until the onions are soft, and then turn off the heat. This is the filling of Niu Liufang.

Place the dough on a chopping board and roll it thin into a round dough, place the stir-fried filling in the middle, and then stack it into five or six squares. Make it into a blank.

After putting oil in the pan and heating it up, put down the wrapped dough and fry it until golden yellow on both sides.
