Steps for stir-fried shrimp skin with mint bean drum

Raw materials: 150g shrimp skin, 200g bean drum, 50g mint, 2 freshly pickled peppers, ginger and garlic seeds.

Wash shrimp skin, fermented bean, mint, pickled peppers and garlic and chop them up.

Pickled pepper removes the heart.

Remove the pickled peppers from the heart and set aside.

Heat up the pan and drain the oil. Add garlic and saute until fragrant.
