    Prepare the ingredients. Cut pineapple into small pieces and soak in salt water for later use.

    Cut lean meat into small pieces (I cut it with a chrysanthemum knife, so it doesn't seem obvious), add egg white, half a teaspoon of pepper, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of oil, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. Slice green pepper and carrot.
