Ingredients: Beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, collute. It would be better if we used sirloin. We didn't buy sirloin that day, so we had to use beef.

Cut the beef into slices, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, thirteen spices and a few drops of rice vinegar, mix well and marinate with the beef. During the break between marinated beef, peel and cut potatoes, cut onions, and peel and cut carrots.

Put oil in the pan, heat it, add ginger slices, add marinated beef pieces, and stir fry over high heat.

Stir fry the beef until no blood is visible. Pour the chopped carrots, potatoes, and onions into the pan and stir-fry with the beef.

Stir fry for a while, then pour in the right amount of water, just enough water to cover it.

Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and turn to medium to medium heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, add 3 tablespoons of collupine sauce, cover and turn to low heat before simmer. The amount of sauce depends on the shade you prefer.

After adding the sauce, stir it occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Turn off the heat before you see that the sauce is almost dry.

If you like to order more sauce, add more water when adding water. The softness of the potatoes and the sweetness of the beef nuggets absorbs the sweetness of carrots and onions. I like it very much.
