Steps for meat filling tofu sandwich

A piece of tofu.

Wash the pork.

Wash green onions and ginger for later use.

Chop the meat, chop the onions and ginger.

Cut the tofu into slices, and each set of two slices should be connected.

Add onions, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and chicken essence into the meat filling and mix well.

Add the meat filling between the two slices of tofu.

Wash and peel the potatoes, and cut them into evenly thick slices.

Spread the potatoes on a plate first, and then place the tofu clip on the potato slices.

Put water in the pan and bring to a boil, and add tofu clips.

Steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan, add onions and ginger and saute until fragrant, add white sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and chicken essence to boil, thicken with water starch, add sesame oil to taste before taking out of the pan.
