Steps for Braised beef brisket and potato

1
Wash the sirloin and cut it into large pieces. Because the beef will shrink easily after being cooked, don't cut it too small, just cut it into large pieces. Wash other ingredients, cut green onions into sections, and slice ginger into slices for later use (this dish does not require oil, it was accidentally patted in. There are still some seasonings that haven't been photographed yet. See the ingredients for details)
2
Put the beef into the pan with cold water, and add the green onion, ginger slices and appropriate amount of rice wine at the same time
3
Remove the blood foam from the water when it is boiling
4
Pour in beer, soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence, star anise, and cinnamon, and turn to low heat until the beef is crisp and tender.
5
Add the diced potato pieces and continue to simmer on low heat until the potatoes are almost crisp
6
Collect the juice over high fire and serve it out
