Steps for roasted pomfret in soy sauce

Li Kum Kee garlic chili sauce, shredded ginger for spare. (Please ignore the onions, you haven't used them)

Wash 1 pomfret.

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the shredded ginger until fragrant.

Add the pomfret and fry for a while.

Fry until both sides turn white.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, Li Kum Kee garlic chili sauce and water and cook for about ten minutes. Finally, sprinkle with cilantro.
