Steps for Grilled vegetable roll with soy sauce

Wash and drain the tofu skin.

Cut the tofu skin into 10 cm square slices.

Wash the parsley and spring onions and cut into appropriate size sections.

Wash the lettuce and shred it.

Add appropriate amount of spring onion, coriander, shredded lettuce and appropriate amount of sesame seeds in the middle of the tofu skin, and roll tightly from bottom to top.

Use a bamboo stick to string the onions.

Take a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt and pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chicken essence and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and stir well.

Place the vegetable rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 250° for 5 minutes.
