    The pork belly bought in the supermarket is cut into pieces of meat about 1.5 cm square. I specially picked out the fat one and will be cooked first in a while. Cut the ginger into not very thin silk

    Pour a little oil into the pan, add shredded ginger and dried peppers, and then add half a spoonful of sugar

    After melting the sugar, add the fat pieces of meat and stir-fry until there is oil.

    Add chicken essence. You can leave it if you don't like it. I didn't put salt because there is more soy sauce, so it's enough without salt and salty taste. The soup can be served as soon as you receive it! Wow, it smells so good!
