After thawing and cleaning chicken wings, use a clean cloth to absorb the water and avoid splashing oil when frying.

Make two cuts in the middle of each side of the chicken wing.

Put appropriate amount of oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Add in the chicken wings and fry until golden brown on both sides. The oil and aroma are released.
