Steps for Dry stir-fried beans

Cut the pork belly into small pieces, chop the green onions and ginger

Heat the oil in the pan, add the kidney beans into small sections and stir-fry

Stir fry until the skin of the kidney beans shrinks and discolors, and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan, add green onions and ginger and saute until fragrant. Add the pork belly is smooth and loose. Stir fry over low heat until the diced meat changes color and the oil is released.

Add 1 tablespoon of Pi County bean paste and stir-fry red oil

Add the stir-fried kidney beans and stir fry over high heat. Add 1 tsp of soy sauce and stir fry for a while and serve.
