    Remove the old roots of the soybean sprouts, shred the red bell peppers, and shred the green onions

    1 spoonful of sesame oil and mature vinegar, 1/2 spoonful of chili oil and minced garlic, 2 spoonfuls of light soy sauce, and a little sugar and mix well into a sauce

    Boil water in the pan, add soybean sprouts and shredded red peppers and blanch for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat before starting the pan, add shredded green onions, pick up, and soak in ice water.
