Steps for Homemade salted duck eggs

Soak duck eggs in white wine.

Put it in a bowl with refined salt.

Roll in refined salt a few times to get as much salt as possible to stick to the surface of the egg.

Carefully place them one by one in a crisper bag. Sprinkle another layer of salt on the surface.

Tighten your pockets tightly, put another fresh-keeping bag on the outside, and place them in a cool place for about 30 days before you can eat. (It took me 37 days to reach my ideal salinity)
