Steps for Lotus root and ribs soup

Wash the ribs, lotus root section, and ginger slices.

Pour the ribs into cold water, bring to a boil, and blanch them. Add 2 slices of ginger.

Rinse the blanched ribs with cold water. Pour into the rice cooker.

Cut the lotus root into a hob. Standby.

Pour the lotus root into the pan, add appropriate amount of water, cover, and cook slowly.

After the water boils, skim off the foam on the surface. Continue to stew.
