Steps for Homemade pink cold noodles

1
500 grams of flour and dough, ferment the dough for ten minutes, prepare two basins for washing your face
2
Juice the purple cabbage, add a few drops of vinegar to the squeezed juice, turn the color to pink, and then add water
3
Wash your face, pour the squeezed juice into the dough basin and start washing your face. Don't throw away the water used for washing your face
4
After washing the dough about four times, almost all the starch in the flour will be washed out. Let the starch stand for three hours until the starch is precipitated
5
The washed noodles have no starch and become gluten. The gluten is steamed in a pan and set aside
6
Slip off the water above the resting starch with a spoon
7
Find a flat-bottomed container, preferably made of iron. If you don't have it at home, use a plate, pour the starch into the plate, and then put it on the pot to steam for about three minutes. I forgot to take pictures here.
8
The steamed cold noodles are already transparent. Take them out after cooling
9
Brush a layer of oil between the cold noodles, otherwise the two cold noodles will easily stick together when stacked.
10
Shred cucumbers, carrots, and rapeseed. Blanch carrots, bean sprouts, and rapeseed in hot water. Put oil in the pan and spread an egg skin and shred it. Cut the previously steamed gluten into slices, and cut the cold skin into strips.
11
Mix sauce: chili oil, garlic, shredded peanuts, sesame paste, vinegar, black sesame salt, mix well
12
Pour the mixed juice into the prepared cold noodles vegetables, mix well, and you can eat delicious snacks
13
Finished product: I think it's better than what is cooked outside. There is too little food on the outside. For me, I like to put more food on my cold noodles, or do I make it at home to enjoy it?
14
Finished product: It is full of color, aroma and flavor, and it makes you feel more safe to eat than the ones outside
15
Finished product: I cooked a lot but didn't eat it; put the rest of the cold noodles in the refrigerator and eat it another day
