Steps for Pan-fried glutinous rice cake

Wash the glutinous rice and add appropriate water to cook. (This is a lazy version, it's fast)

Pour the cooked glutinous rice into a large basin while it is hot.

Use a rolling pin to grind the glutinous rice. (The degree of rot depends on your preference, and I add salt to it)

Stick some cold boiled water with your hands, knead the glutinous rice into glutinous rice cake, and place it on the plastic wrap. (Stick cold boiled water to your hands to prevent sticking)

Heat the oil and put down the glutinous rice cake and fry it.
