Steps for stir-fried pork with cauliflower and cucumber

Slice pork tenderloin.

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, soak it in hot water, and control the water when it is too cool with cold water.

Cut cucumber into diamond-shaped slices, and cut pepper and fungus into small pieces.

Put the oil in the pan and heat it up, add chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add meat slices and stir-fry, then add soy sauce and vinegar.
