Steps for Fried squid in soy sauce

Soak the little squid in vinegar for 10 minutes, and the skin on the body can be easily removed.

Ingredients: ginger, garlic, pepper, dried pepper, spring onion (flowers), rock sugar, shredded red pepper

Ginger juice, oyster sauce, black pepper, cooking wine

Skin the squid, remove the eyes and intestines inside, and marinate with cooking wine/oyster sauce/ginger and garlic juice for 20 minutes

Stir-fry the peppers/dried peppers to taste, then throw away the residue

Add chopped green onion and the remaining unfried ginger and garlic, add the marinated squid, stir fry, and simmer for about 8 minutes (see that there is not much juice), set aside.

Start in another pan: Add oil and rock sugar to dissolve
