Steps for Spicy snails

Prepare the ingredients. The snails need to be soaked in clear water for one day, with the water changed twice during the process. You can pour some cooking oil into the water so that the snails will spit out sticky dirt. Cut off the tail before eating.

Wash the green pepper and cut it into slices, and slice the ginger into slices.

Pour the cooking oil into the pan and heat it, add ginger slices and Pi County bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the snails and stir fry.

Add salt and light soy sauce.

Pour in a large bowl of water, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.

Add green peppers and stir fry for about 10 minutes. I like to cook the green peppers until they are ripe to taste better.
