Steps for Xinjiang pilaf

Wash the rice according to the number of people eating and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Cut the carrot into strips. I personally liked it, so I put more in it.

Heat the pan with clear oil, add the air-dried meat and cut it into pieces (you can also use fresh mutton or ribs), stir-fry for a while longer, and stir-fry the meat thoroughly.
