- beef 500G
- bamboo shoots 200G

Cut the garlic into large pieces, cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger into large pieces, cut the beef into large pieces, and cut the bamboo shoots into sections (here I used 3 garlic, 1 onion, and a small piece of ginger ~~ For beef, I chose the one with muscles and fat).

Rinse the bamboo shoots with clear water, place the beef in a boiling water pot, add a few slices of ginger and a few small sections of green onion and blanch them with water.

Put the oil in the pan and heat it over low heat.

Add in Pi County watercress, dried peppers, and pepper and stir-fry until the pepper oil spits out and gives a fragrance.
