    Cut the tender tofu into dices, and the dried peppers are also diced; mix well 1/2 tablespoon cornflour and 3 tablespoons water to make cornflour water.

    Bring half a pot of water to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt, add the diced tofu in boiling water and blanch for 30 seconds, remove and drain.
