Steps for Special braised pork

Cut pork belly into 2.5 cm square pieces of meat for later use.

Add oil to the pan and heat it up. Add ginger slices and saute until fragrant.

Add pork belly and stir fry for a while.

Add Li Kum Kee's Secret Braised Sauce and 200ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and turn to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes.

Collect the juice over high heat and remove it and serve on a plate.
