Chop the pork into paste and chop the lotus root into powder!

Add chicken essence, salt and potato flour in the meat sauce! Stir clockwise until the glue starts!

I prefer to use half pork tendons and half lean meat for meatballs! Because this kind of meatballs are more chewy!
