It's another year when the rice dumplings are fragrant, and this year's Dragon Boat Festival is destined to be different. We can't respond to the country's call for three days off, because those three days are the days when graduates leave school. To stick to our posts, we have to work overtime in a row. We have to work overtime for two weeks, so last weekend I made some rice dumplings at home and celebrated the Dragon Boat Festival in advance. This is the first time I made rice dumplings. I admire my talent, haha

    Wash the bamboo leaves and wrapping string thoroughly. Boiling them sterilizes and makes them easier to wrap (add a little salt), particularly preventing the string from breaking easily.
