Steps for Steamed dandelion

1
Remove the old leaves and grass debris from the dandelion and wash them. (The washing time is much longer than the pulling time. That's torture ~~) Dry it out.
2
Add two measuring cups of flour in portions to make each leaf evenly covered with flour as much as possible.
3
Pour appropriate amount of water into the steamer, lay a cage cloth, and spread the mixed dandelions evenly into the pan. It is best to be fluffy.
4
After the water boils, steam for about 15 minutes on high heat. Dandelions are not resistant to fire, so they boil when the water vapor dissipates.
5
Chop colorful peppers and garlic into grains, and chop coriander into minced grains.
6
Add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil to make a sauce.
7
Pour the sauce on the dried vegetable rice.
