Steps for Spicy bracken jelly

Prepare the main ingredients and auxiliary materials.

Soak bracken in water for 10 minutes, then wash and cut into small pieces.

After boiling the pan into the water and boiling it dry, put the chopped bracken into blanching water.

Remove it and cool it and soak it in cold water for 10 minutes.

Cut the jelly into small pieces of the same size and place on a plate.

Chop the pepper, garlic, onion, and coriander, and prepare dried peppers and pepper.

Pour 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce into a bowl.

Mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of chili, and 1/2 tablespoon of umami juice into a cold sauce.
