Steps for Green pepper potato slices

2 potatoes (medium), peeled, sliced, washed and soaked in water, set aside.

1 green pepper, wash, cut into sections, and set aside.

Wash 3-4 mushrooms, cut into triangular pieces, set aside.

Heat the pan with oil, saute the chives and ginger, add a large spoonful of homemade ketchup (you can not add it, or you can add commercially purchased ketchup), and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the potato slices and stir well.

Add the mushrooms and stir well.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce to taste.
