Steps for spicy-hot fish

Wash the potatoes, peel and slice them, and cut the cabbage into sections (I just cut it once) for later use

Wash the fish and cut it into three pieces (cut off the meat on both sides, mine was cut by the supermarket chef for me)

Wash and cut the ingredients and divide them into two portions, one portion (left): garlic sprouts, garlic cloves, green onions, and pepper; one portion (right): garlic cloves, pepper, green onions, and ginger slices

Cut the fish bones and fish heads and serve together. Cut the fish slices and serve. Marinate both with appropriate amount of pepper and salt for 5 minutes.

After marinating the fish slices with pepper and salt, pour in the mixed eggs and marinate for a while, then add appropriate amount of sweet potato powder and stir well (marinate for 10 minutes)

Heat the oil pan, add the ingredients on the right in Figure 3, stir fry, add appropriate amount of Qiuxia Xiangkou fish seasoning (I bought a pack, you can cook the fish 5 times, add more if you like spicy), stir fry to create the fragrance, add in the marinated fish pieces and stir fry (just fry on both sides)

Add appropriate amount of water, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine (if you have rice wine, it will be delicious), cover with potatoes, bring to a boil, add potatoes, and cook for 5 minutes (there is a big pot that can be replaced, forget it), add cabbage, boil, and cook for 2 minutes, add marinated fish slices, cook until cooked (about 5 minutes), remove the pan

Sprinkle with the ingredients on the left in Figure 3, and then sprinkle with appropriate amount of chili slices. Add appropriate amount of oil to the frying pan (two to three times as much as stir-frying) and heat it up

Drizzle hot oil on the fish with the ingredients laid out (a little oil will splash out, so be careful to be scalded)
