Steps for Golfo pork in tomato sauce

Prepare the required ingredients.

Wash the meat and cut it into strips.

Add Li Kum Kee's selected soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and egg liquid and marinate for 10 minutes, then wrap the pieces with dry starch one by one for later use. Put the seasonings into a bowl and mix well.

Fry the meat in hot oil until it is browned, remove it and control the oil. Fry it again at high oil temperature until the surface is crispy, and then take it out of the pan to control the oil.
