Steps for Fried beef with onion in oyster sauce

Prepare the required materials.

Slice beef.

Marinate in 15g of Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce for 30 minutes and set aside.

Remove the pan and add oil to soften the beef slices.

Saute ginger slices until fragrant, add green onions and beef slices until fragrant.
