Steps for Stewed pork belly with potatoes

1
Prepare the materials.
2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. (If you like to eat potatoes, you can put more potatoes. Remember to cut them into large pieces. I cut them a little too small)
3
Wash the pork belly and cut it into pieces.
4
Chop green onions, ginger, and garlic.
5
Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan to moisten the pan, and put the cut pork belly into the frying pan.
6
Fry until the surface of the meat turns slightly browned. After frying the fat oil, remove the oil to control it. (Eating this way will not feel tired)
7
Leave the remaining oil in the pan, add the potatoes and fry until the surface turns brown.
8
Then put the pork belly, green onions, ginger and garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.
9
Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, and half a tablespoon of white sugar, stir fry evenly and color.
10
Pour boiling water over the ingredients.
11
Cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until half of the soup is left, add salt and pepper, stir fry, turn to medium heat and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.
12
When the soup is finally thick, sprinkle with appropriate amount of chicken essence and chopped green onion.
13
The amount of seasoning used during the cooking process can be increased or decreased according to the taste of your home.
