Steps for Guotai tofu

Prepare a piece of tofu, two eggs, a cucumber, and appropriate amount of flour

Slice cucumber into strips and cut diagonally into pieces

Cut tofu into long cubes, sprinkle with salt and sugar and marinate

Dip it with flour

Roll in the egg mixture
