- yeast powder half a teaspoon
- water 50g
- wild onion 20g
- corn starch 50g
- butter 20g

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add all ingredients, knead into dough, wake for 15 minutes, then knead until smooth, cover with a damp cloth and ferment twice the size.

Minced wild onions, mixed with all the ingredients, and pressed into balls with your hands, just like making glutinous rice balls. Rub repeatedly into a ball.

Knead the fermented dough back to its original size.

Press the main dough flat, place the wild onion ball in the middle, and seal it face down.

Cover with a damp cloth and relax for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with some dry powder on the relaxed dough, and roll it into thin slices, about 3 mm.

Use a fork and other tools to evenly divide the holes.

Split small pieces.

Place into the middle layer of baking sheet and hold it at 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

Take out the baked cookies and place them on the grill to cool and they will be crisp and fluffy.
