Steps for Ai Jiao

In step 2, when kneading the powder, it is a little hot. You can mix it with chopsticks first, and then knead it with your hands when it is suitable for your hands to be warm. If you don't have banana leaves, you can use Fukugo leaves or corn leaves, and you must be swept with oil instead of oil paper. If you don't sweep the oil or use oil paper instead, you will not be able to remove it after steaming.
