Steps for Leek tofu

White tofu, a small handful of leeks, and a few peppers

Cut leeks into sections and chop peppers

Expand the oil in the pan and fry the tofu on both sides until it is yellow and clear. Put it out for later use.

Leave the oil in the pan, add pepper tofu and add water (stock) to stew, mix salt, and soy sauce to let the tofu taste. Then add the leeks and stir the sesame oil.

Be patient when frying tofu! When fried tender, it will spread out, and when fried too long, it will burn.
