Steps for dry-fried beef

Thawing beef

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine to boil the beef, cut the coriander into sections, cut the chilli into small sections obliquely, shred the ginger, peel the garlic, and cut the green onions into sections.

Cut the beef into thick strips (originally this step was done with hands, but now I am too hungry... so... instead of using a kitchen knife)

Pour the cooking oil into the pan, slightly more oil than the usual cooking oil, add the beef and stir fry

After the beef is stir-fried, add garlic, ginger, pepper oil, and green onions and continue to stir fry

Dry the beef, stir fry the small pepper for more than ten seconds, add soy sauce, stir fry a few times, add a little sugar to enhance the flavor, add MSG, stir fry evenly, sprinkle with cumin, add coriander, stir fry for a few times
