Steps for Korean squid with spicy sauce

Wash the squid and cut it into slices. Wash the onions and carrots and cut into slices.2
Blanch the squid with hot water and add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.3
First put the carrots into the pan and stir-fry until they are soft, then add the blanched squid, then add the onions. When the squid is almost ripe, add the hot sauce, and stir-fry.
