Steps for Corn flour cake

Break the walnut kernels into small pieces and mix the nuts together.

Put white flour, corn flour, baking powder, and sugar together and mix well.

Dissolve the yeast powder with 50cc of warm water, and add 1 gram of sugar and stir to dissolve. Wait quietly for 10 to 15 minutes to prepare for fermentation.

Pour the prepared fermented soup into the flour and mix well. Pour in the remaining warm water and mix well.

Put 2/3 of the nuts into a container (I use a cake mold with a movable bottom).

Leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes to ferment until it reaches about twice (in winter, I put it in a steamer with warm water, which is very convenient). Top with the remaining 1/3 of the nuts. (I made a small mistake here. I saw the air and vibrated it hard. I wanted to get the air out, but the nuts were crushed.)

Pour it into a boiling water pot and steam for 20 minutes (wrap the lid with a cloth to prevent water droplets from falling on the cake and affecting the appearance). After simmer for 2 minutes without removing the lid, remove the pan, remove the mold and plate.
