Steps for Simple braised noodles

You can buy fresh mechanically pressed wet noodles at the market. Mix them with vegetable oil to make sure there is a little oil on the noodles. Spread them in a steamer with gauze bottom and steam for 20 minutes

Prepare stewed vegetables, shred meat and radish, and soak lean meat with vegetable oil, salt, and soy sauce for 15 minutes
