Steps for Hot and sour chicken offal

Cut up the ingredients

Wash the chicken offal very clean, blanch the intestines and chop them up

Saute the ingredients and add more oil

Stir fry the chicken offal, sprinkle with white wine and cover for one minute. This will thoroughly remove the fishy smell. Then add vinegar and sugar in a bowl of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Make sure the internal organs are cooked enough
