Steps for Baked tofu with honey sauce

1
Prepare all the seasonings.
2
Cut the dried tofu into long strips.
3
Pour a small amount of oil into a frying pan, heat the oil, add sweet flour paste, and stir-fry until done. (The amount of sweet flour paste and fuel consumption depends on the amount of dried beans you have, just wrap the dried beans evenly.)
4
Pour the cut dried tofu into the stir-fried sauce and stir fry well, then add a few drops of Meiji Fresh and fresh shellfish sauce and stir well. (The sauce itself has a salty taste, so you don't need to add salt, or add a little salt according to your taste.)
5
If you like spicy food, you can add some chili powder and a little grilled fin seasoning, stir fry evenly and turn off the heat. The taste will be better, hehe.
6
Lay tin foil on a baking sheet and place the soy dried bean curd on the baking sheet.
7
Put it in the oven, heat it to 200 degrees, and turn every 20 minutes until the dried beans are firm. (I bake 3 for 20 minutes each time, depending on my oven.)
8
The roasted dried bean curd is ready to eat.
9
Put it in a snack box and refrigerate it in the refrigerator to eat it anytime, or when you go out with friends. It is healthy and delicious.
